Flexi Top-up
Context
Creation of a "Flexi Topup" journey that allows users to create an insurance offer that meets their needs.
The biggest challenge to overcome is the target mobile device. Indeed, the size of the mobile screen does not allow for displaying all the coverage information of a health contract.
After an onboarding explaining the principle of Flexi Topup and the notion of Flexi$, the user has the opportunity to customize coverage proposals based on their needs.
Simple sliders by health category allow for a quick result before comparing offers. After user tests conducted in Hong Kong for the AXA HK subsidiary, we were able to confirm the overall journey but also add a small dot view for a quick overview of the chosen coverages.
As the usages in Hong Kong are very different from Western usages, we called on an agency to conduct the tests.
